Refund Policy
Updated 2026-09-24
We would much rather you were sure before you paid than sorry afterwards. This page explains how to get your money back if you are not.
Try it first — that is what the free version is for
VibeVox Free is not a time-limited trial. It is the whole dictation engine, running on your own computer, with no account and no daily limit. Download it and use it on your own machine, with your own microphone and your own accent, and find out whether it suits you before you spend anything.
14 days to change your mind
If you buy VibeVox Pro (€29) or Pro + AI (€31.99) and it is not what you wanted, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. Refunding Pro + AI means refunding the whole €31.99, and both halves go back with it — Pro and the AI alike — because it was sold as one purchase and there is nothing to divide. The same 14 days cover the first payment of an AI subscription bought on its own. After that a monthly payment is not refunded — you cancel instead, and the next section explains why those are not the same thing.
Cancelling is not the same as refunding
You can cancel the monthly AI subscription whenever you like, however you came by it — inside Pro + AI or bought on its own. Cancelling stops the next charge: the month you have already paid for runs to its end and the AI keeps working until then. That is not a refund of the month. And it does not touch Pro — Pro is bought outright and stays yours forever, with or without the subscription.
How to ask
Use the support form on this site and give us the Paddle order number from your receipt email. That is all we need. You can also go to Paddle directly, since Paddle is the seller on the transaction and is what actually issues the refund.
How long it takes
We answer refund requests as quickly as we can. Once the refund has been issued the money goes back to the card or account you paid with; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few working days.
Where this does not apply
We may decline a refund where a licence has been shared or resold, or where the same buyer repeatedly buys and refunds. Apart from that, if you are a consumer in the EEA you also have your statutory right of withdrawal, and nothing on this page takes it away.
